Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase then we are here to resolve your concern/issue. We will be delighted to exchange any item returned in a saleable condition, with its Order/Sale invoice, tags intact and in original packing. Please note that images of each product’s color and design may vary slightly from actual product's color and design, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time, size and other factors. We will only be accepting those products for exchange/return that either have manufacturing issues, wrong sizes and the shipment of the wrong items.

After getting your exchange/return query, your order will be first checked by our relevant team after assessment you will be offered an exchange that is facilitated through coupons/gift cards that can be redeemed online on website.
Order Issue Policy
If you receive a damaged parcel, a missing component/article, or encounter any issue with your order, please report it to our Customer Care team within 24 hour of purchase or receiving your parcel.

To help us resolve your concern promptly, please provide your order number along with clear pictures of the parcel or article (if applicable).
Note: Claims submitted after 24-hours will not be accepted.
Refund:
We have no policy for refund, however in case of non-availability of the article, or if the received item is in a flawed condition, a voucher/gift card of the same amount will be issued by online team & will be availed online only.
Order Cancellation/Editing:
You may cancel your order at any time before the shipping process. After the shipment of your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number against your order.
*SATIN reserves this right of cancelling/editing your order for the reasons including, unavailability of stock, declined in payment or the inaccuracy of pricing.
*There will be no return and exchange on sale articles.
You can exchange your item:
Order/Sale invoice is necessary in order to exchange an item
For another color or size, without any additional cost as long as the items are in perfect condition with tags intact and there is stock in the store.
Exchange with a different article is also possible but the additional cost of the exchange article will be paid by the customer.
